The Kindness Project Presents its third and final 2019 Kindness Café. The Kindness Project is a local initiative to encourage people to explore what kindness means to our selves, our families and the community we live – one conversation at a time.
The third and final 2019 Kindness Café will be at the Gloucester Unitarian Universalist Church on Sunday, August 18, 2019. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. Dinner will be ground beef and/or bean soft taco (or bowl) with all the fixings! Dinner will be available at 5:15. There will be watermelon for dessert.
To stimulate conversation for this final café, we’ve designed a unique deck of cards, each card offering different instances that may cause it difficult to respond or react with kindness. Cards will be available at the door and on the tables.
These no-cost café style dinners are meant to bring all the fabulous acts of kindness in Gloucester to the surface, add more and help to create a more conscious culture of kindness for those who live here and visit!
Everyone is invited! Come Sunday, August 18 and come early so you can get the conversation started! Then continue it while we enjoy a meal together!
This final 2019 Kindness Cafe promises to “sell-out” at a capacity of 60 people, so please RSVP on Facebook www.facebook.com/thekindnessprojectpolicy (like us while you are there!) or email email@example.com.
